Sitting on the floor,
And crying in vain.
Praying to God,
To save me from this pain.
Screaming in agony,
As the blade starts to dig in,
A small brush against my cheek,
Stops me before the blood starts to begin.
I look up,
And see you there,
You gently hold me,
As you play with my hair.
You wipe away the running mascara,
And bring me into a sweet kiss,
While I'm still holding the blade,
Bringing me to a slow bliss.
I wake up,
Laying in my bed,
Wiping at my eyes,
Was it just a sweet vision in my head?
I look out the window,
As the sun starts to rise,
Squinting in the distance,
As I gently rub my eyes.
You're standing at the door,
Smiling with your eyes,
Slowly knocking at the window,
Telling me its time to rise.
I run the down the stairs,
And open up the door,
I jump into your arms,
Kissing you more and more.
There's no other person,
That could ever take your place,
That could lighten up my day,
By a smile upon your face.
Though words can seem strong,
And I love you doesnt sound real,
I love you my dear,
At least this is what I feel.
